Talabat Dubai is currently hiring for the post of Senior Creative Manager. It is an online food ordering and delivery service that operates in the United Arab Emirates and several other countries in the Middle East. The company offers a variety of food options including fast food, fine dining, and healthy options. Talabat also provides grocery delivery, flower delivery, and medicine delivery services. The company has a dedicated team that handles all orders from local grocery stores or restaurants in Dubai and delivers them to customers’ doorsteps. Talabat’s business model is based on charging a commission fee to restaurants for every order placed through their platform. Job Overview of a Senior Creative Manager

The creative manager is a super experienced designer and art director. Being a close creative partner to the Creative Director, he / she will be a core part of the development and design of the Talabat brand.

Responsibilities of a Senior Creative Manager

  • Works closely in collaboration with the Creative Director and broader brand team.
  • Produces art layouts by developing high-level brand and design concepts.
  • Manage, direct art and design. Review and give feedback – drive the creative vision through copy and design. Ensure designers have the knowledge and tools they need.
  • Train, assign, schedule, and coache designers.
  • Meets brand creative department’s work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and Stakeholder service standards.
  • Proactively resolve operational challenges and identify work process improvements.
  • Meet brand creative department’s cost standards by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving actions.

What You Will Do

  • Formulate art concepts by overseeing designers engaged in executing layout designs for artwork and copy.
  • Review illustrative material for presentation and feedback and ensure quality of work is at brand standards.
  • Review project production factors by understanding background information, objectives, presentation approaches, styles, and design techniques.
  • Select and secure art material by formulating basic layout design concepts and conducting the required research.
  • Produce layouts for printing by marking-up, pasting-up, and finishing layouts.
  • Obtain client approval by presenting final layouts, storyboards, and illustrations; and respond to client commentary and requests.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and participating in professional organizations.
  • Enhance brand creative department’s and Talabat’s reputation by taking ownership and driving quality creative work (copy and design).

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Fine Arts or Design.
  • 5 years + of experience as an Art Director or Creative Director.
