Job Description

Reservations Supervisor team at Hilton’s most exclusive ultra-luxury brand in the UAE – LXR Eastern Mangroves – and personally drive revenue for this stunning 5-star mangrove-front resort while earning AED 12,000–16,000 all-in tax-free (basic + service charge) + free luxury staff villa, meals, transport, medical, flights, 30 days leave, and Hilton’s legendary worldwide staff rates. You’ll lead a team of 6–8 agents, maximise occupancy & ADR for Arabic & GCC markets, upsell suites & packages, run Opera PMS like a pro, coach your team to hit mystery caller scores, and be the go-to person for VIP Arab guests and royal families. Perfect for experienced Arabic-speaking reservations supervisors with 3–5 years 5-star Hilton or similar luxury experience who want to step into one of the most prestigious roles in Abu Dhabi hospitality and fast-track to Reservations Manager.

Job Title

Reservations Supervisor – Arabic Speaker (LXR Luxury Collection)

Responsibilities

  • Lead & coach 6–8 reservations agents daily
  • Maximise revenue through Arabic & GCC markets
  • Handle VIP/royal reservations personally
  • Run Opera PMS, rates, allocations, group blocks
  • Upsell suites, dining packages, spa, marina
  • Hit mystery caller, response time & conversion KPIs
  • Train team on luxury service standards
  • Monthly forecasting & competitor analysis

Requirements

Experience

3–5 years Reservations Supervisor in 5-star luxury hotel (Hilton/LXR/Address/St Regis/Rosewood preferred)

Qualifications

  • Fluent Arabic (native) + excellent English
  • Expert in Opera PMS & Hilton systems

Skills

  • Turn every enquiry into a confirmed booking
  • Coach agents to 90 %+ mystery caller scores
  • Stay calm when a Sheikh books the entire resort last-minute
