Responsibilities
- Run daily kitchen operations with Head Chef.
- Lead breakfast, all-day dining, banqueting, specialty restaurants.
- Menu creation & seasonal specials.
- Train, schedule, and motivate 60+ brigade.
- Cost control, stock rotation, wastage management.
- Ensure flawless HACCP & Dubai Municipality standards.
- Handle VIP & guest chef events.
Requirements
Education
Professional culinary diploma or apprenticeship.
Experience
Minimum 4–6 years as CDP/Junior Sous in 5-star international chain hotels (gastropub experience a bonus).
Qualifications
- Eligible to work in UAE.
- Fluent English.
Skills
- Multi-cuisine mastery (international, Arabic, Indian, seafood).
- Strong leadership & team motivation.
- Creative menu development.
- Excel in high-volume banqueting.
Knowledge
- HACCP Level 4 & food safety.
