Job Description

Aramex is presently hiring suitably qualified and experienced candidate for the role of a HR Executive in Dubai. This job has recently been posted by company’s career page and is now open for all aspiring candidates.

Duties of HR Executive

  • Ensure answering all the Employees’ verification emails.
  • Preparing all the employees’ letters that are requested through the HR Portal.
  • Handling EDENRED Salary Cards Day to day upon request).
  • Day to Day Medical Insurance Requests.
  • Handling the HR Portal, actioning the employees’ requests and assigning the other requests to the concerned teammate.
  • Sending welcome email instruction.
  • Making sure the Laptop and Desk are ready.
  • Hiring all the new joiners on Success Factors HR System.
  • Making sure issuing Aramex ID, Gate Pass (whenever needed) for the new hire.
  • Handling the Medical Insurance Addition for the new hires.
  • Handling all issues related to the Truck Drivers in Aramex UAE, including:
  • Creating a position on SF upon request.
  • Hiring them on Success Factors.
  • Ordering EDENRED Salary Cards for the new driver.

Requirements for role of HR Executive

The eligibility requirements for role of HR Executive are as under:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in similar role.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

  • Good knowledge in Aramex Products and Policy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office including Excel, word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle conflicts.
  • Ability to convey knowledge and provide training
  • Good communication skills, Working across multiple projects, communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
  • A team player that can offer support to other team members and has the confidence to ask for assistance when needed.
  • Innovative and creative developing new ideas that would take the business into the highest level of service excellence.
