Talabat presently has a job opening for suitably qualified and experienced candidate for position of a Manager Special Projects & Performance in Dubai.

What is on your plate?

• Drive engagement with CPGs and suppliers to drive their growth through in-app campaigns and ad revenue.
• Work with CPGs and advertisers to drive investment in the platform, and increase investment through in-app visibility, acting as a subject matter expert for their growth on talabat.
• Establish excellent relationships and close brand marketing deals among partners from Grocery, Retail and Pharma vertical.
• Support in management of creative production for trade-driving campaigns
• Plan and execute tailored and targeted campaigns to drive growth
• Coordinate between commercial teams and marketing teams to align on featured promotions and products.
• Proactively recommend and support in the development and implementation of new strategies to boost volume growth, while keeping margins on target
• Analyze all on-going campaigns, including daily tracking of performance and budget management
• Participate with Product team to understand application features on how to utilize it in executing campaigns
• Drive improvements to our processes through first hand experience to enable scaling our retail media operation.

What did we order

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
• You gained 8+ years relevant experience in digital marketing or advertising roles, ideally in a leading e-commerce retailer or advertising/media agency.
• Client facing experience working with senior level stakeholders and extensive existing network.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital media agency or related field, or comparable experience working with retail media platforms
• You have a strong customer centric mindset, are passionate about retail, and have a proven track record of delivering impactful, valuable paid marketing campaigns
• Hands-on entrepreneurial mentality, you take ownership and are self-starting to find opportunity in ambiguity.
• You have a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• You have experience working in dynamic matrix organizations
• You are confident working closely with data and product teams
• Excellent presentation skills, with ability to make the complex appear simple
• Verbal & written fluency in English, additional languages is a plus.
