Job Description

Transguard Group presently has a job opening for eligible candidate for position of a Support Operations Manager in Dubai. Transguard Group was established in 2001 & has diversified significantly. Job Purpose of Support Operations Manager

  • Oversees the efficient functioning of customer support processes, ensuring smooth interactions and timely issue resolution.
  • Manage teams, optimize workflows, and maintain high service quality.

Job Duties As A Support Operations Manager At Transguard Group Dubai, UAE

  • Manage security team, supervisors, CCTV agents and security Guards.
  • Manage and lead security team, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities and that they deliver their duties and where needed, provide excellent customer service.
  • Be the key liaison between Transguard Security Ops and the Pavilion.
  • Monitor FM operation and liaise with FM Manager.
  • Observe and control FM matters through reporting and bring to FM Mgr./PDGM/PGM attention any points related to performance, productivity and/or service improvement.
  • Ensure that security and FM Team coordinate and facilitate the guest services and events operation and all related tasks are delivered to a high standard.
  • Liaise with Expo City Dubai and COP28 security teams, together with PGM/PDGM where necessary.
  • Work closely with COP28 Protocol/VIP team for special quest visits and events.
  • Work closely with PGM on Operations planning.
  • Collect feedback from guests and employees and establish action plans, based on that feedback, for further service or other improvement.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Managemenet.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of hospitality ops or venue management.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

  • Knowledge of English language and business proficiency.
  • Knwoledge of Arabic language and conversational proficiency.
  • Know how of MS Office.
