Job Purpose of A Vice President Sales Management

To enhance and streamline sales operations and strategies for improved efficiency and revenue growth.

Job Duties of A Vice President Sales Management

  • Execute and operate all aspects of the sales support function including but not limited to system, logistics, pre and post sales support processes, events and management report.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive operational strategy to support the sales team’s goals and objectives and execution of business plan .
  • Leadership to the sales operations support team, setting clear expectations & fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Drive process improvements & operational efficiencies to optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align the sales operations support strategy with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the coordination of property showings, client meetings and transaction processes to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex issues and provide strategic solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Oversee the end to end real estate sales operations process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Streamline and standardize processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Define & track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales operations support.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and satisfaction data.
  • Use this information to drive improvements in products, services and customer experiences.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 plus years of experience in sales operations with residential sales specialty in the GCC region.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge with the UAE real estate market.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written).
  • Team player with a focus on the over sales targets.
