Trainee Customer Care Chalhoub Group Dubai

Chalhoub Group is presently hiring skilled candidate for the job role of  a Trainee Customer Care in Unit GS, 075, Financial Center Rd, Downtown Dubai, Dubai, UAE. Customer Care Trainee is primarily customer experience oriented and will be involved in creating and building relationship with customers through managing their enquiries, waiting list, preferences, etc. Most importantly, they will provide exceptional service levels to ensure that customers enjoy the best shopping experience. This is an Entry level full time job. And salary can range between 3000-5000 AED/month.

Job Duties of Trainee Customer Care

  • Ensure client confidentiality in adherence with company policies for data protection and security.
  • Ensure adherence to in-house processes and procedures.
  • Work closely with other internal stakeholders to ensure issues affecting customer orders or returns are resolve to ensure seamless shopping experience.
  • Identify ways to personalize the experience of every customer, whenever possible .
  • Deal with the most difficult customers in a quick, willing and professional manner, aiming to turn negative situations into a positive outcome and using available resources to solve problems .
  • Achieve sales targets by maximizing all customer contact opportunities to provide product knowledge, increase units per transaction and sell across all channels Systems and Procedures.
  • Provide exceptional service levels that customers enjoy the best shopping experience when getting in touch.
  • Understand complaint handling, active listening, and problem-solving techniques is crucial.
  • Show enthusiasm, patience, and a willingness to learn.
  • The ability to handle pressure and maintain composure in demanding situations.

Requirements for Role of Trainee Customer Care

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of previous sales and retail experience/ knowledge, preferably in a luxury environment (luxury fashion, department store, high-end travel and leisure).

Skills & Knowledge Desired

  • Excellent communication skills (English and Arabic).
  • Flexible attitude and positive approach.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and energetic .
  • Team player.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with operating systems, word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
