Purchase Executive NMC Corporate Abu Dhabi

NMC Healthcare is looking to hire a candidate for the job role of a Purchase Executive in NMC Corporate, Alain Tower, Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 7000-15000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Purchase Executive

• Maintain inventory levels to support pharmacy operational needs.
• Maintain order and stock master records. Ensure accurate records of purchases, pricing, and contracts.
• Conduct demand forecasting and demand planning.
• Develop and implement inventory planning strategies.
• Negotiate prices and terms with vendors to secure the best possible deals. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the supply chain, including supply disruptions, product recalls, and quality issues.
• Collaborate with warehouse management to resolve inventory and delivery discrepancies.
• Monitor the requirements of all pharmacies to forecast future supply needs.
• Stay up to date with changing regulations and requirements in the healthcare industry, especially those related to pharmaceuticals.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required.
• Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for inventory optimization.
• Implement inventory control and management systems to reduce costs and prevent product expiry.

Requirements for Role of Purchase Executive

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Master’s degree will be an advantage.
• 3-5 years’ experience in relevant role or relevant field of pharmacy experience in UAE will be an advantage.
