Chalhoub Group presently requires a suitably qualified candidate for the job of a Senior Brand Partnerships Executive in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing and managing brand partnerships regionally. Job Purpose of A Senior Brand Partnerships Executive

To establish and manage strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance a brand’s visibility and revenue.

Duties of A Senior Brand Partnerships Executive

  • Liaise with partnering brands through effective communication, reporting and problem solving while representing the brand interest.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with brands regarding approved brand collaborations.
  • Liaise with internal key stakeholders (e.g. marketing, creative, commercial, retail design and operations team) to ensure successful implementation of activations and pop-ups.
  • Secure approval on final project plans and brand partnerships from Head of Brand & Creative and alignment with Heads of Commercial and Marketing for all projects.
  • Ensure all key stakeholders have the right understanding of the project plan and investment to be able to take forward their relevant scope (e.g. retail design, marketing).
  • Handover deliverables to relevant teams while managing project and cross-functional communication to ensure projects meet expectations and are delivered on time.
  • Ensure all projects follow our brand direction and guidelines.
  • Research and evaluate marketing opportunities and strategies for further or improved brand partnerships.
  • Monitor brand partnership activities and performance metrics, ensuring maximum ROI as a basis for all decision making and project prioritization.
  • Manage budgeting and reporting of brand partnerships in alignment with Finance & Marketing.

Who Can Apply?


  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing.


  • 3-4 years of solid Marketing experience to work on the 360 communication plan to launch the brands.

Skills Desired

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to plan the pop-ups and activations.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
  • Work in fast paced and dynamic environments,
  • Strong ability to analyze and report on data.
  • Extensive commercial acumen.
  • English and Arabic speaker.
