Responsibilities of Facility Management Sales Representative

• Identify and prospect potential clients in the facility management industry.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecast to management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.

Requirements for Role of Facility Management Sales Representative

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years experience in sales, preferably in the facility management industry.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Strong knowledge of facility management services and solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
