In line with Emirates Group’s ambitious growth plans and global recruitment drive, Emirates Airlines is actively seeking experienced Executive Resourcer to join their Corporate Services and Executive Recruitment team on an initial 6 month temporary contract. This role could be extended depending on business needs and performance. This role is based full time at the Emirates Group Headquarters in Dubai. Purpose of Executive Resourcer

  • Play a crucial role in the recruitment of senior level and executive leadership roles within the Emirates Group.
  • Proactively attract passive candidates across the globe with a diversity driven approach.

Duties of An Executive Resourcer

  • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop strategies to source untapped candidates.
  • Be curious to deeply understand company’s role requirements & how it fits into Group.
  • Proactively source and engage with potential candidates using tools including Oracle Taleo, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and other creative digital talent sourcing methods.
  • Drive tactical and innovative candidate outreach and networking to establish connections with top tier talent and passive candidates and drive diversity.
  • Develop, maintain and track a strong talent pipeline by attracting and engaging with prospective candidates.
  • Screen candidates to determine qualifications and cultural fit and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability and interest.
  • Stay up to date with latest industry trends and sourcing techniques to recommend improvements on best practise.
  • Maintain accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment database, utilising data for reporting and influencing purposes.
  • Deliver a world class people experience that candidates and stakeholders value.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or any related field.
  • 3+ years experience as a Resourcer with an executive search firm or in house recruitment team.
  • Proven experience sourcing and screening passive senior level and niche candidates.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

  • Appetite for building and identifying innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Well versed with digital recruitment tools including ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean.
  • Highly articulate with ability to communicate with  and influence senior candidates and stakeholders.
  • A positive attitude with the ability to work at pace in a pressurised environment.
  • An agile and innovative mind set with the tenacity to adapt and thrive in a constantly changing environment.

  • Full time in office and no hybrid, work from home or remote option.
  • You will be paid an hourly rate, working 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
