Job Purpose of A CVM  Specialist

  • Customer Value Management Management (CVM) Sr. Specialist will play a crucial role in leveraging data analysis techniques to identify opportunities.
  • Develop and implement CVM strategies, activate targeted campaigns, manage segmentation, and oversee CVM implementation projects across diverse portfolio of lifestyle brands.

Job Duties of A CVM Specialist

  • Utilize data analysis techniques to identify customer segments, behaviour patterns, and opportunities for revenue growth within the multi-brand fashion retail industry.
  • Conduct thorough customer segmentation analysis to understand different customer groups, their preferences, and purchase behaviours.
  • Analyse customer data, purchase history, browsing behaviour, and other relevant datasets to uncover insights and trends that can drive CVM strategies for each customer segment.
  • Identify opportunities to capitalize on segmentation management and tailor CVM strategies to meet the specific needs of each customer segment.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer segmentation framework for multi-brand lifestyle retail business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate and effective implementation of segmentation strategies across marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer communications.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of customer segments, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Execute and manage CVM campaigns targeted at specific customer segments, including personalized recommendations, and exclusive offers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to create compelling campaign content, visually appealing assets, and engaging brand storytelling tailored to each customer segment.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, average order value, and revenue uplift, for each segment.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize campaign effectiveness, product placements in the campaign, and customer engagement across different customer segments.
  • Manage CVM implementation projects across multiple fashion brands, ensuring seamless execution, coordination, and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Measure the increase in CLV through effective CVM strategies and initiatives, resulting in higher customer spending and longer customer retention.
  • Monitor the percentage of customers within each segment that engage with multiple brands within portfolio, indicating successful cross-brand promotion and brand loyalty.

Who Can Apply?


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Professional qualification in Digital marketing and Customer Analytics is an advantage


  • 4-7 years of proven experience in data analysis and customer value management, preferably within the fashion retail industry.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, such as SQL and Excel
  • Familiarity with customer analytics, segmentation techniques, and predictive modelling specific to the retail industry.
  • Excellent understanding of CVM strategies, customer lifecycle management, and campaign management.
