Community Development Authority Dubai is presently hiring friendly and customer focused candidate for job role of an Executive Customer Service Center. The selected candidate will be responsible to provide best customer oriented front desk services at the authority. Job Purpose of An Customer Service Executive

  • Respond to customers inquiries regarding the services provided by the Authority.
  • Receive and register customer requests (if any) regarding provision of authority services.

Duties of An Customer Service Executive

  • Receive and register customers requests regarding provision of services in Integrated Case Management system.
  • Complete initial data of all customers and ensure the availability of all submitted documents.
  • Receive customer complaints/inquiries about authority services and register them in government complaints system.
  • Resolve customer inquiries or transfer them to the concerned person to close them in accordance with ISO standards
  • Ensure that authority services reach the customers correctly and in accordance with Customer Happiness Charter.
  • Update the authority’s services websites i.e. Smart Government Services Guide System regularly.
  • Any other tasks and competencies within the scope of job responsibilities.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
  • 1-2 years of experience in same role.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
