Job Purpose of A Customer Service Coordinator

  • The Customer Service Co-Ordinator will be responsible for supporting the regional Choke team in MENA and coordinating the resolution of customer issues and requests for support.
  • Reporting to the Customer Service Manager the role will be crucial to the effective and efficient execution of customer support.
  • Customer service will be paramount and the role will require an inherent sense of urgency when dealing with customer enquiries and requests.
  • Accurate record keeping and effective utilization of the company’s business enterprise systems and chosen software platforms will be critical to the success of the role.

Duties of A Customer Service Coordinator

  • Compilation and co-ordination of all MRO Business Spares quotation as directed by CS Manager – including but not limited to Aramco, Qatar, ADNOC , India, Pakistan markets mainly.
  •  This would include order acknowledgements, order entry, internal and 3rd party vendor order placement for same, routings via the ERP system.
  • Develop competency in above element to become inside sales specialist with the ability to teach others as business levels dictate.
  • Management of all Customer registrations for NOVSAL – Coordinate same with Credit and Finance.
  • Using the company’s MS Dynamics 365 platform update all customer records including but not limited to entry of all new and existing Opportunities.
  • Co-ordination and management of all pre-qualifications of NOVSAL.
  • Co-ordination of all visitor activities to Jebel Ali facility including but not limited issuing Jafza Gate passes for Visitors and Suppliers, arranging meals and support in sales presentations and facility tours.
  • Co-ordination and management of local purchase orders for stationery and office equipment.
  • Co-ordination and compilation of Manufacturing Record Books ( MRBs).
  • Kronos Superuser – manage all timeclocks for Choke team ensuring timely updates and accuracy with approvals from management team.
  • Regularly review, update and maintain customer data , records, certification, competency & training records.
  • Ensure personal compliance with all HSE legislation and HSE Company policy
  • Be fully familiar and fully conversant with department and company policies, procedures and processes.
  • Support other departments and carry out other duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be reasonably expected by Customer Service Manager.
  • Assist the Customer Service Manager in developing and implementing continuous improvements in business procedures established for the facility.
  • Basic understanding of Logistics and Coordination of Shipment imports into UAE through NOV local entities as required.

Who Can Apply?


  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.


  • 5 years + of relevant experience in office Administration role within a similar industry.
  • Invoicing, Quotation, Order management experience.
