Job Purpose of A Clent Relations Specialist

  • Provide services to KEZAD clients and Act as their reliable interface between clients and KEZAD Back office entities.
  • Establishing a relationship with the clients, maintaining it and strengthening it.

Duties of A Client Relations Specialist

  • Conduct orientation Conduct orientation meetings for new signed agreements.
  • Managing all communication with customer after being converted from a lead.
  • Act as the interface between customers and KEZAD Back office entities.
  • Promotes KEZAD to clients.
  • Follows up on Client’s disputes / complaints and handles any issues customer has regarding his business.
  • Maintaining proactive communication with the Client.
  • Providing technical guidance to Clients when possible to facilitate obtaining approvals , clearances, and permits.
  • Collects client feedback and shares feedback with internal parties to improve customer processes.
  • Follow up from Aging Report and process the escalation.
  • Updating the transaction log in the system after every interaction with the customer.
  • Review and check completeness of Investor Pack.
  • Deliver KEZAD services (service requests, queries and complaints)Within agreed service level.
  • Follow up with authorities in resolving customers concerns/issues.
  • Assisting the client in filling required forms.
  • Attend to any other task as assigned by management.
  • Client Relations will act as the liaison point between the front office and the back office to handle customer requests.
  • Client Relations will coordinate with Customer Relations Manager to resolve complex customer issues.

Who Can Apply?


  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Management or Administration.


  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer facing positions.

Skills Desired

  • Good understanding of back-office operations.
  • Use MS Office and CRM applications to manage client Requests.
  • Ability to classify the nature of requests and forward them to the relevant department.
