Mace Group is currently hiring skilled and motivated candidate for the job role of Administrator in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 5000-7000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.
Responsibilities of Administrator
- Provides reception support, answering telephone and taking messages where necessary, ensuring they are passed on to relevant party immediately.
- Distributes internal and external mail.
- Orders office refreshments/meeting lunches.
- Assists with typing minutes, agendas, and notices.
- Create signs/documents as required.
- Maintain filing systems.
- Reports any site related IT problems to helpdesk.
- Meet and greet guests as the face of the organization.
- Ensures visitors/guests sign in on arrival.
- Organizes refreshments for meetings/visitors.
- Provides office diary management support, i.e. booking meeting rooms.
- Receiving deliveries/incoming and outgoing post.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
Requirements for Role of Administrator
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2+ years experience in an administration capacity Previous experience in within Construction environment.
- Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
Good IT knowledge covering Excel, Word, Outlook.
