Administrative Assistant at Modern Pharmaceutical LLC in Sheikha Mariam Bldg, Al Maktoum Road, Deira, Dubai, UAE will carry out day to day administration works such as stationary & pantry supplies management, LPO Creation for approved procurements, manage mails & courier, air ticket & hotel bookings as well as responds to staff, principal requirements. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 5000-10000 AED/month.


  • Purchase, maintain stock and management of stationary & pantry supplies.
  • Arrange design & printing of business cards for employees as per requirements and immediate manager approvals.
  • Arrange design of marketing stationaries and order as per management approval (Plastic Bags for pharmacies, leaflets, brochures, letter heads, roll up banner)
  • Negotiate and arrange meeting with suppliers for any stationary / pantry supplies.
  • Ensure stock of cartridges and respond to employee requirements.
  • Knowledge on office reception services handling.
  • Operates standard office equipment’s, prepare copies, send and receive faxes.
  • Schedule appointment, coordinate meetings and notifies colleagues of changes/ cancellation.
  • Prepare any facility / admin related purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers for on time delivery.
  • Liaise with approved travel agents for air ticketing, hotel bookings for various business requirements.

Requirements for Role of Administrative Assistant

  • High School/Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
